We love the versatility of LuLaRoe! Every week in our Facebook Group, we showcase that versatility with 5 Ways Wednesday. This is a fun way to show how to achieve 5 (or more) looks with the same great LuLaRoe style. Knowing how to style, how to pattern mix, and how to pair outfits are all key to truly embracing the amazingness of LuLaRoe.
Today we’re recapping our 5 Ways post from last week: The LuLaRoe Julia Dress. The Julia is a form fitting, knee-length, knit dress with mid-length sleeves and a higher neckline. This dress is true to size, and we often recommend sizing up one if you don’t love a form fitting style.
Of course this dress looks amazing on its own, but we’ve pulled together 5 additional ways to wear the Julia here.
Julia Style #1: Belted and Bloused
The Julia dress looks amazing with a belt, and you can really further change up the style depending on the type of belt, color, and width. For this look, we selected an oversized Julia. Then one of our favorite things to do to change the length is to blouse the material out over the belt.
Julia Style #2: Layered with a Knotted Mark Henley
The Mark Henley isn’t just for men! Here we selected one with mint green sleeves to pick up on the mint color in the dress, and it really made it pop! The Mark was a little big (but we loved the color so much!), so we knotted the shirt at the waist and rolled the sleeves. As moms with the typical leftover baby belly, we love that you can hide tummy “concerns” with this look!
Julia Style #3: Layered with an Azure Skirt
Another option is to layer the Julia under another style. Here we grabbed a cute solid Azure skirt in raspberry and threw over the Julia. We like the waist worn high with the Julia flat underneath. Or like we did here, bloused out a little.
Julia Style #4: Layered with a Tied Classic T
Another top worn over the Julia, here we picked a Classic T. We put a small tail of fabric in a hair tie on the underside of the fabric, offering a classy ruche detail on the front. PS – this works on almost every top and dress that LuLaRoe makes.
Julia Style #5: Paired with a Denim Jacket
The Julia also looks amazing with a denim jacket! This style is so timeless, yet trendy. Add some Converse and you’re good to go!
Now that you have some styling ideas, grab a Julia from your closet and start playing around with the options shown here! Don’t own a Julia dress yet? No problem!
